Whole-health support
Healthy habits work together.
Knowing what you want to change and making it part of your life are different things. Holistic lifestyle coaching gives you space to look at your routines, understand what gets in the way, and choose a realistic place to begin.
Nutrition is one part of the picture. We also consider how you move, recover, organize your day, respond to stress, and make room for what matters to you.
The aim is sustainable progress you can practice—not a perfect routine you can’t maintain.
What we can work on
A connected approach to daily well-being.
Nutrition & hydration
Build practical food and hydration habits through general education, label reading, grocery choices, and routines that fit your day.
Movement & activity
Find realistic ways to make movement part of everyday life. For structured workouts and exercise technique, explore personal training.
Rest & recovery
Look at sleep routines, recovery time, and the habits that help you make space for rest.
Stress & daily balance
Explore everyday stress-management habits, boundaries, time outdoors, and routines that support a more manageable day.
Consistency & accountability
Break larger goals into achievable actions, notice patterns, and discuss adjustments when life gets in the way.
Faith & purpose
Make room for reflection, encouragement, and values-led choices. Christian faith-based support is available when you want it as part of coaching.

Common questions
Is this only nutrition coaching?
No. Holistic lifestyle coaching considers your whole-health routines, including nutrition, movement, rest, hydration, stress-management habits, accountability, and faith-based support when desired. Your priorities guide the conversation.
How are coaching sessions delivered?
Coaching is offered virtually by video or phone, subject to availability. We’ll confirm the format, frequency, and support included during your consultation.
Do I need to change everything at once?
No. We’ll discuss the areas that matter most to you and choose manageable actions that fit your current circumstances.
Can I combine coaching with personal training?
Yes, we can discuss a combination based on your goals and availability. We’ll clarify which services are included and their pricing before you begin.
Do I have to share your faith?
No. Etcetera Holistics is grounded in Christian faith, and clients are welcome from different backgrounds. Let Denzel know whether you would like faith-based encouragement included in your coaching.
Is coaching medical care or therapy?
No. Coaching provides general wellness education and support with habits. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, provide medical nutrition therapy, or replace care from a physician, registered dietitian, or licensed mental health professional.
What does coaching cost?
We’ll review current consultation and coaching options, what is included, and payment terms before you commit.
